These terms apply to every order placed on BuyFFXIGil.net. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: October 3, 2026.

1. Who we are

BuyFFXIGil.net is a small North American business, based in the United States, that has sold Final Fantasy XI gil since 2005. You can reach us through our contact page.

2. What we sell

We sell Final Fantasy XI gil, the in-game currency, in units of 1 million gil (1M). The minimum order is 25M. Gil is sold per server; each server has its own price and stock, shown on the order page.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars per 1M gil and can change as stock and demand change. The price you pay is the price shown in your cart when you check out.
  • We accept PayPal only. Your payment is processed by PayPal; we never see your card or bank details.
  • An order is confirmed once PayPal reports the payment as completed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Your order details

You are responsible for giving us a valid email address and the exact name of the character that should receive the gil. Your server is taken from the server you select on the order page. Please check these details before paying; we deliver to the character and server on the order.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver in game by bazaar transfer. After you order, go to our pickup point in Southern San d'Oria on the character you named, put an inexpensive item in your bazaar priced at the amount of gil you purchased, and we buy it. Full steps are on our delivery page.
  • Most orders are delivered within one hour of payment, and we aim to deliver every order within 24 hours. If we need to arrange a delivery time with you, we will email the address on your order.
  • Delivery is complete when our character purchases the bazaar item and the gil reaches your character.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • Before delivery: you can cancel at any time before your gil is delivered and receive a full refund. Send us a message through our contact page with your order number.
  • If we cannot deliver: if for any reason we are unable to deliver your order, we refund the full amount.
  • After delivery: once your gil has been delivered the order is complete and cannot be returned or refunded. If you believe you received the wrong amount, contact us and we will put it right.
  • Refunds are made to the original PayPal payment.

7. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. If a PayPal dispute or chargeback is opened for an order that has been delivered, we may share delivery details with PayPal to show that the order was completed.

8. Your account and use of gil

You are responsible for your own game account and how you use it. We will never ask for your account password, Square Enix account details or one-time password, and you should never share them with anyone.

9. Not affiliated with Square Enix

BuyFFXIGil.net is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Square Enix. FINAL FANTASY and FINAL FANTASY XI are trademarks of Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd., used here only to describe the game our products relate to.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
