To help us answer quickly, please include

• Your order number, if you have already ordered
• Your server and the name of the character receiving the gil
• What you need help with, for example delivery timing, changing your order or a refund before delivery

Many questions are already answered in our FFXI Gil FAQ and on the delivery page, which explains the bazaar pickup in Southern San d'Oria. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your gil is delivered.
