How We Keep Your FFXI Gil Order Safe
We have delivered Final Fantasy XI gil since 2005. Over that time we have built a careful, low-key way of working that keeps orders simple and discreet. Here is what we do, and a few things you can do too.
What we do
- Established characters. Gil comes from long-standing North American characters with years of normal playtime, not freshly made delivery characters.
- Normal-looking transactions. We deliver by buying an item from your bazaar in Southern San d'Oria, an ordinary purchase like any other bazaar sale. See how delivery works.
- We never need your login. We only ask for your character name. We will never ask for your password, Square Enix account details or one-time password.
- Secure payment. Payment is handled by PayPal, so we never see your card or bank details.
- A small, consistent team. The same few people handle every order, so nothing is passed through third parties.
What you can do
- Never share your password or one-time password with anyone, including sellers.
- Keep in-game conversation about your order to a minimum; we will contact you by email.
- Buy what you need for your goal rather than one huge order you do not need yet.
No method of buying gil is completely risk-free, but these habits are the ones we have relied on for many years.
Refunds
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your gil is delivered, and if we cannot deliver for any reason we refund the full amount. Questions are welcome through our contact page.
